Brittany was born in Quesnel, B.C. and grew up in the Okanagan. She played softball with Kelowna Minor Fastball and moved on to the Okanagan Elite Gold. In 2008 Brittany was selected to the Thompson-Okanagan Zone team that competed at the B.C. Summer Games.
Brittany played four years at NAIA Bacone College in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science ranking first in her class. She was also selected to the All Conference Team in 2014 and 2015. Brittany later became the student Athletic Trainer for Bacone College where she worked with both the baseball and football programs.
Upon graduation, she moved back to Canada to work as an Athletic Trainer for the Okanagan Sun football team and the Kelowna Falcons baseball team. Brittany was the assistant coach for the U16 rep Kelowna Heat team as well as the Thompson-Okanagan Zone team that made history at the BC Summer Games team finishing with a silver medal. Brittany is a NCCP Competition-Introduction certified coach and currently the assistant coach for the U19 rep Kelowna Heat.
